You will be liable for any charges in relation to returning any unwanted items unless the item is faulty (see below for how to return faulty items). From the date you received your order you have 14 days to return unworn purchases. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or we will not be able to accept the item.
There is no need to contact us when returning an unwanted item. Simply complete the returns section on the delivery note and return the completed form to us with the product you wish to return. Attach the label provided, if you no longer have this then please send the parcel to:

We recommend that you send returns by recorded or signed for service, and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit. We will email you to confirm your return has been processed, please note the cost of the goods only will be credited to your card.
Return of Faulty Item
If you wish to return a faulty item or an item that was sent to you incorrectly please email us at customerenquiries@gola.co.uk with your name, daytime telephone number and address of where the goods need to be collected from, plus your original order number and a brief explanation of the fault or incorrectly sent items.
Please note we can NOT reimburse any carriage costs you have incurred if you choose to return a faulty item to us at your own expense. Also we cannot accept the return of online orders by hand or in any of our high street stores worldwide.
