Returns Policy
You will be liable for any charges in relation to returning any unwanted items unless the item is faulty or delivered in error. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or we will not be able to accept the item. We do not accept returns delivered by hand. Please note we can not refund any carraige charges that are incured in relation to returning unwanted or faulty items, if an item is faulty we will arrnage for this to be collected.
Returns procedure
Please note: we cannot accept the return of online orders in any of our high street stores worldwide. From the date you received your order, we offer a 14 day return period for unworn purchases. There
is no need to contact us when returning an item. Simply complete the
returns section on the delivery note and return the complete form to us with the product
you wish to return. Attach the label provided, if you no longer have
this then please send the parcel to:

Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office. We recommend that you send returns by Recorded Delivery, and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit. We will email you to confirm your return has been processed, please note the cost of the goods only will be credited to your card.
Return of Faulty/Incorrectly Sent Items (UK)
If you wish to return a faulty item or an item that was sent to you incorrectly please email us at customerenquiries@gola.co.uk with your name, daytime telephone number and address of where the goods need to be collected from, plus your original order number and a brief explanation of the fault or incorrectly sent items. We will email you a collection label as a PDF attachment, which you will need to print off and attach to the package that is being returned. We will supply you with a contact number for DHL so you can arrange a collection time that suits you. We will then process the return on receipt of the goods from DHL.
Return of Faulty/Incorrectly Sent Items (International)
If you wish to return a faulty item or an item that was sent to you incorrectly please email us at customerenquiries@gola.co.uk with your name, daytime telephone number and address of where the goods need to be collected from, plus your original order number and a brief explanation of the fault or incorrectly sent items. Our designated carrier, DHL, will then be in touch to arrange a collection at a time to suit you. We will then process the return on receipt of the goods from DHL.
