Returns Policy - UK Only
We now offer free returns on all UK orders. From the date you receive your order, you have 14 days to return unworn purchases. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or we will not be able to accept the item.
If you wish to return an item or an item do NOT send the item yourself, please email us at customerenquiries@gola.co.uk with your name, daytime telephone number, address of where the goods need to be collected from, your original order number, a brief explanation of the reason for return and if you would like to exchange the item or receive a refund. We will email you a collection label as a PDF attachment, which you will need to print off and attach to the package that is being returned. We will supply you with a contact number for DHL so you can arrange a collection time that suits you. On receipt of the goods from DHL we will process the return and either exchange or refund you accordingly.
Please note, we can NOT reimburse any carriage costs you have incurred if you choose to return an item to us at your own expense. Also we cannot accept the return of online orders by hand or in any of our high street stores worldwide.
Returns Policy - International
You will be liable for any charges in relation to returning any unwanted items unless the item is faulty (see below for how to return faulty items). From the date you received your order you have 14 days to return unworn purchases. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or we will not be able to accept the item.
There is no need to contact us when returning an unwanted item. Simply complete the returns section on the delivery note and return the completed form to us with the product you wish to return. Attach the label provided, if you no longer have this then please send the parcel to:
We recommend that you send returns by recorded or signed for service, and retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit. We will email you to confirm your return has been processed, please note the cost of the goods only will be credited to your card.
Return of Faulty Items (International)
If you wish to return a faulty item or an item that was sent to you incorrectly please email us at customerenquiries@gola.co.uk with your name, daytime telephone number and address of where the goods need to be collected from, plus your original order number and a brief explanation of the fault or incorrectly sent items. Our designated carrier, DHL, will then be in touch to arrange a collection at a time to suit you. We will then process the return on receipt of the goods from DHL.Please note we can NOT reimburse any carriage costs you have incurred if you choose to return a faulty item to us at your own expense. Also we cannot accept the return of online orders by hand or in any of our high street stores worldwide.
